This app is a centralization of useful information, but the app itself has a lot of UX/UI problems. The app seems like a collection of bookmarks. Sometimes the resource loads like a webpage inside the app, sometimes the app sends you to a webpage on a browser. It seems like the vast majority of the city information is not local to the app (meaning the data is not cached), and fresh web requests are sent each time while navigating around. If I open the app while offline, the icons on the main screen do not appear, just a place filler. There is no error state screen (just a blank white screen) if I'm offline and open COVID-19 Information, for example. I'm not sure what the chat is about (who is the agent I'm supposedly connecting to?). The jobs section has no search or filters, just scroll and load to add more. Navigating around the app is not intuitive (where are the back/up arrows in the action bar?). "Chat" is not in the hamburger menu. I think it is bad UX that the company logo for login is "tyler identity" since as a user, I think I am interacting with the city. The aspect ratio for the city logo is skewed on the splash screen. These are some things that basic Q/A would catch, so I think there must not have been much Q/A at all.
