MyCompass è un modo per accedere alla tua Area Clienti da smartphone per effettuare le principali operazioni informative e dispositive sui tuoi prodotti Compass.
Funzionalità:
- Fissare un appuntamento in uno dei nostri Punti Vendita
- Richiedere un prestito Compass online
- Se possiedi una carta di credito puoi effettuare un contante express
- Modificare la prima password ricevuta via SMS per effettuare il primo accesso all’Area Clienti MyCompass da APP
- Accedere alle operazioni dispositive garantite da un livello di sicurezza elevato tramite la generazione di OTP (One Time Password)
- Controllare il saldo e i movimenti delle tue Carte nel mese in corso e nei mesi precedenti
- Spostare denaro dalla tua Carta di Credito al Conto
- Effettuare ricariche telefoniche
- Effettuare bonifici in tempo reale
- Visualizzare la lista dei bonifici che hai effettuato nel mese in corso e nei mesi precedenti
- Controllare l’importo, la scadenza delle rate e lo stato del pagamento del tuo prestito
- Visualizzare la situazione contabile della tua carta di credito
- Se il tuo Smartphone è dotato di tecnologia per il riconoscimento dell’impronta digitale, grazie alla modalità FingerPrint, puoi effettuare l’accesso all’App
