EDIT 2026: Painfully unusable If I could lower my rating even further I would. I've never had a problem mobile depositing checks, but ever since the redesign I can't deposit anything. Absolute joke of an app. Wow, there is no point to this app. "IF" it's working, and that is a space station sized if, it's slow, unresponsive, and a headache. After this redesign I have had the app work twice in two weeks. Fresh install, cleared cache, somehow a credit union still can't afford good app developers.

It's unreliable and terrible. The app is down constantly and the website too sometimes, making your money completely inaccessible unless you keep it all in your checking account at all times.

Has issues logging in always never had that with another banking apps. Edit now almost a year later new phone still same old issue surprised nothing has changed. Edit new phone new year same issue still persists I have dug a little bit and if you have android this issue happens.

This app would be perfect, but after years it STILL doesn't work properly on our phones. Constantly stuck with getting timed out on log in page or it not logging in altogether. I have to try to log in, then wait and watch the circle spin, only for it to time out, close app, and repeat multiple times in order for it just to let me log in once! Every. Time. This has been going on for as long as I can remember, and it's super frustrating!! Please fix already!!
