I love CoVantage Mobile App and Credit Union itself. Everybody is so helpful. I was a member in the 90s and when I returned to the area CoVantage still had me as a member! Once a member, always a member is their philosophy.

They have the worst app ever, and I think it was intentionally set up that way. You get zero confirmation codes when you submit payments, payments take a week to process if they're not lost, and nothing is done in real time. This is probably all done to ruin credit, collect additional fees or maybe their in on a conspiracy with other entities to create financial hardships. I tried to make a payment with three different banks one day, and they were all denied. They're a class action waiting to hap

Has issues logging in always never had that with another banking apps. Edit now almost a year later new phone still same old issue surprised nothing has changed. Edit new phone new year same issue still persists I have dug a little bit and if you have android this issue happens.

Got a new phone... how long does it take until I have to stop verifying it is me? 5 times? 10? 50? It hasn't stopped... the new phone has accessed my account over 50 times... I want to check my account not wait because I have to be verified. Screw You Covantage... your service has gone down hill, and it started like ten years ago. I think it's time to jump ship.
