I love CoVantage Mobile App and Credit Union itself. Everybody is so helpful. I was a member in the 90s and when I returned to the area CoVantage still had me as a member! Once a member, always a member is their philosophy.

They have the worst app ever, and I think it was intentionally set up that way. You get zero confirmation codes when you submit payments, payments take a week to process if they're not lost, and nothing is done in real time. This is probably all done to ruin credit, collect additional fees or maybe their in on a conspiracy with other entities to create financial hardships. I tried to make a payment with three different banks one day, and they were all denied. They're a class action waiting to hap

EDIT 2026: Painfully unusable If I could lower my rating even further I would. I've never had a problem mobile depositing checks, but ever since the redesign I can't deposit anything. Absolute joke of an app. Wow, there is no point to this app. "IF" it's working, and that is a space station sized if, it's slow, unresponsive, and a headache. After this redesign I have had the app work twice in two weeks. Fresh install, cleared cache, somehow a credit union still can't afford good app developers.

Has issues logging in always never had that with another banking apps. Edit now almost a year later new phone still same old issue surprised nothing has changed. Edit new phone new year same issue still persists I have dug a little bit and if you have android this issue happens.
