Terrible app, just so messy. I get about 20 plus blank notifications a day. If it's not that then app crashes on me & cant log back in. I reported the blank notifications to cpl & they are looking into it. This situation is not good enough. So frustrating. Why can we not go back to using the paper trail.

As of yesterday I can't get my app to open at all which means I can't accept or receive shifts or notification. Funny thing is it's been working fine all before.

I don't know how CPL can stand over an app that is so badly made and so many people are depending on it working to earn a living... I have to use to terrible app as the shifts come in during the day while my partner sleeps after a previous night shift. You will only get a shift in time if you have the app open and ready as the shift comes in. I see more errors than anything else in this app. If you miss the first shift but try and open it and somebody else has accepted it before you all the other shifts that come in after you just shower errors. Constantly having to reset the app to try and get a shift.
