App works fine for credit card, but why after fice plus months is this the only way to log into your credit card? The website still gives the same message about "a problem on our end." This is unacceptable.

Despite using the same credentials as on the website, the mobile app insists that my password is wrong. At least, it does when it doesn't just show a spinner for 60 seconds, and then hide the spinner having apparently done nothing.
