The guy I talked to was a ghost. Guaranteed. Talked to him, tried to share his contact info with family, and they said he can't be reached. Cutco cant find him either. Guy was a ghost and farted away. This is unfortunate. Liked those knives.

Vector marketing is an MLM. You can dress a pig and give it makeup, but at the end of the day it's still a pig. No offense to pigs intended.

My representative is my daughter, also my operator of making sure that email and apps, are in proper working order. She set up app then as asked put in her representative number "67008292" app states that this representative does not exist! Truly impossible as I have just purchased 2 separate orders from her, both were the 7 1/2 inch vegetable knives. The second knife is presently on is way to me as I am writing this review.
