This app is supposed to show your orders and allow you to check on an order processing. When I log into the website, I can see my orders just fine. But when I log into this app, it says I don't have any orders. Something isn't connected somewhere. All these reviews saying the app is great and giving 5 stars, are totally fake reviews. Probably Dell employees.

1. No "remember sign in credentials", have to sign in every time - defeats the purpose of this app if the website serves better 2. Tracking number doesn't show up in the order, had to get it from email shipping label
