I love this app but recently messing up. I can run a sample but everytime I try to go into my data on recently tested the app keeps shutting down on its own and I need to get in there to look up my past tests. Superb app when used correctly that produces accurate results quickly making it incredibly cheap and useful, it provides very full analysis with accurate results when used properly as instructed. The terpene profiles I find comprehensive and valuable for analyzing genetic traits and terpene dominance in genes. Lovely app, very grateful this technology exists.I seriously have no idea why there are so many bad reviews on the Mydx gadget, Ofc the app sometimes is being updated and stuff, that doesn't mean the gadget doesn't work! I think people need to just read the instructions better! Just stop being so impatient with the Mydx gadget! Mine works perfectly. I'm not a noob when it comes to cannabis so ive been doing proper analyses and I always get legit results. I love the Mydx so I highly recommend it!

The application has never worked for any Android device I've ever seen. The support staff never calls you back and now they've eliminated guest access so you have to create an account and save everything you test, which isn't good especially if you don't know the name of the strain. Their data base isn't even right because of this. This machine cost almost a grand and the developers aren't doing anything for anybody who isn't an Apple phone user. If the solution to your development problems is to tell your customers to go spend a few hundred more dollars on a totally different phone, then you need to disclose that to android users. I'm sick of these California startup companies raking in everybody's money and then not delivering on a product.

DO NOT BUY, USELESS JUNK. It wouldn't connect to any of my phones, customer service was no help at all. I returned it 4 days after getting it because no customer service would get back to me to help, so I wanted my money back. I'm still waiting for my refund after almost 4 months.
