Whether I try to scan my diploma or I try to upload a scanned image of it I get the message "There was an error processing your image. Please make sure the image is in an acceptable format." If I try uploading a PDF version of it I get the message "Your document exceeds the dimensions of 8.5x11 inches." It's causing delay in my application process, what do I do?
