I receive notifications about index or unpaid bills but when I try o open them app the app closes automatically. I restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and after log in the same issue : the app closes by itself! Update: after uninstalling from Google play and installing from Huawei app gallery the app is working properly. Thx

So the app crashes at startup (on Samsung S22 ultra) if I don't accept all the permissions. I hope Enel understands that I don't want to provide permissions for the "full experience", I just want to pay my bill and that's all. I don't give non essential permissions for any apps because I value my privacy

Update 27.09.23: I updated the app with version 4.9.12, but nothing changed. It still crashes. Of course, I uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app's new version. Also cleared app's cache. Update. 26.9.2023: I emailed you as requested, but nothing happened. Still, the app crashes. Updated with a new version, and from that moment on, the app crashes every time I try to open it. Very frustrating

Update 31st aug: same issue again. This is truly unacceptable! After the latest update, login info is not recognized, setting a new password doesn't work: upon inserting the correct OTP code from email returned wrong code/trying to reset password fails in validation even if all criteria are respected. At this point, the app is unusable.
