UN COACH VIRTUAL TE GUÍA EN EL ENTRENAMIENTO: Elije fácilmente tu entrenamiento de hoy en la página MÍ MOVIMIENTO y deja que la aplicación te guíe a través del entrenamiento: la aplicación se mueve automáticamente al siguiente ejercicio y da la posibilidad de calificar su experiencia y programar su próximo entrenamiento.
PROGRAMA: consigue tu Plan de entrenamiento personalizado y completo incluyendo cardio, fuerza, clases y todo tipo de actividades; acceder a todas las instrucciones de ejercicios y videos; realiza un seguimiento de tus resultados automáticamente iniciando sesión directamente en equipos y totems.
UNA EXPERIENCIA DE CLASES SUPERIORES: Usa MyEnjoy para encontrar fácilmente tus clases favoritas y reserve tu plaza. Recibirás recordatorios inteligentes para ayudarte a no olvidar tu cita.
