The app never wants to cooperate will not work unless u have cell service which is terrible because most of the time when I need to start a new ticket I have no service. App is not operater friendly at all

Although this app is vital for my day to day, I have tremendous issues with app connectivity and usage. I find myself both in remote areas and busy intersections and app will freeze and crash. While in use, user must constantly refresh app to update load and to move on to next assignment.
