The app is not upto date for example I have xev 9s the vehicle is not in the app I had to select some diff vehicle moreover there was no support at the charging infra of them I took me 10-15 mins to figure it out the qr was not working I had to put the code being a tech savy person I don't know how much time will it take to a new user who had just buyed an ev vehicle the charging is ok but the support should be good the phone number on the charging machine was also not reachable.

Horrible. Faulty station worse quality Called several times. Not processing refund. Not calling back. No reply to WhatsApp messages.
