The app doesn't work properly. The customer service doesn't call back for emergencies, and it's the worst I have ever seen, they even gave me a wrong medical prescription. It's basically waste.

It was good until it decided to say that it was going to take €63 for automobile insurance when I never asked for it, and I don't even have a car or a driver's license.

The app stopped giving me Fid coins for my rides. Without explanation. And I have a full premium insurance with Fidelidade. Hence, 1 star.

There is no way to create a new password in case you lost yours. You have to enter your NIF and phone number, so they can call you back, which they never do. This is the worst app and service I have ever installed on my phone to this date.
