"I have successfully registered, but neither I nor the person who sent me the invitation received the rewards and sent to support it gmail no answer

[TOOK 3 DAYS, BUT PROBLEM FIXED, THANK GOD] I couldn't log in to my account, because the app kept asking me to update it, even though it was updated. I tried to uninstall then reinstall the app in hoping to fix the issue, but instead it asked me to verify my identity for the new device, even though it's the same device. And when I submitted my identification it was rejected. And support isn't even replying.

After the update I got an issue at first, I couldn't enter my my fin account, but thankfully my fin support solved it shortly π

I have problem with this app I have money in but balance still 0 and no iban. And no response from support in 7 days. Very bad

They closed my account without any reason they asked me to prove the source of funds, I sent them all the required documents, I lost the access to my account, I didn't receive any response in my email from 29 August until now my account still temporarily blocked, I don't recommend this bank at all, my money still blocked this bank scared me.

App keeps asking for Update, redirect to Google Play, where there is NO update, uninstall and install doesn't help. I'm stuck and can't get into my money, BTW: 2 Support emails were sent, NO reply
