Terrible experience with the people working for MyFoncia. They don't care about your claims or what happen in your apartment. I had a huge humid problem cause directly by our building. It took me several weeks until they did call somebody. They don't read the claims and just reply standard responses. It felt awful living for weeks with huge humid problems and not be heard.

The App never works & Foncia doesn't give client details to clients when you visit their offices. Horrible service, horrible app
