Crude but works I mainly use this app for graffiti removal. Which is unfortunate but at least one city does a good job once you report it. Graffiti is usually removed the next morning or in about a day.

Works on computer but not on cell phone

Keeps freezing up and requires access to make and manage calls, so they can have your "unique phone identifier." Another BS app violating basic privacy protocols. Shame on the City of Fullerton, and it's app developer.
