The worst app and maintenance ever. For 4 weeks now I am getting the message that currently the app is under maintenance. I can't get to my account no matter what I try even after I called thei support. They seem they do not what they are doing. Even on the web access I am getting same message. Worst insurance ever. If there were 0 stars I would have given.

Can't put through a claim unable to do it through the App even though it has the function to do so but I can't go past step 1 of 3.

I am really disappointed with GIG treatments as double standards, my sin and I submitted the same dentist treatments same day, one got approved and they other one got rejected. Since they changed from AXA, it got worse.
