I’d like to commend the Kingdom of Bahrain for this fantastic initiative. Having all government services in one app is incredibly convenient and shows great care for residents. However, I noticed a technical issue: I have three children, and only the youngest can enable all features, including the residence permit and ID card. The older two can activate the ID card but not the residence permit. Kindly review this inconsistency. Additionally, after the recent update, showing DND settings.

I'm disappointed with the decision to merge the Islamist app into My Gov. The Islamist app was simple and made it easy to quickly check prayer times. Now I have to open My Gov, sign in with my password or biometrics, and then access the prayer times. The merge feels unnecessary and has only added extra steps to access the same information. At the very least, please add a home screen widget so users can view prayer times without having to open and sign in to the app every time.

This app does a good job of bringing together essential day-to-day services. However, I would really appreciate the ability to add and manage my family members’ (wife and kids) IDs and passports, including handling renewals for them. If this feature is added, I’d be happy to raise my rating to 3 stars. For now, I think 2 stars is fair. I’d consider giving 4 or 5 stars once the app covers all government services across different ministries in one place. Wishing the team all the best!
