sgIm sorry to bother you but I'm having major issues. I'm throwing everything up, and I have small amounts of blood in my vomit but more concerning to me is that I have had two episodes of very bloody diarrhea and one episode of very, very dark paste like stool and the pain in my stomach is so bad it is hard to stand up straight. I'm in HCA FL and have ZERO ACCESS to ANY records results, electronic or paper and no doc reviewed any lab work over 4 days. I am in an INFO BLACK HOLE and endless loop email confirm trap. Make this app f'ing work for recent Samsung Android 12 One UI you brainiacs!! I was able to log in via website until it kicked me out after 2 hours 'for my safety then refuses to accept user/pw combo that worked for 3 d. Only options Reset Login, Reset PW, reset both, ALL combos tried multi times. FIX IT

Unable to add PCP information. When PCP is selected it defaults back to not having a PCP and will not allow me to continue. I gave the scheduler my new PCP info when scheduling. This is not an efficient nor effective process.
