★★★★★ Good app, excellent scan feature. It misses a "mark as read" or "mark all as read" button for the different elements received, like the files (counter at 99+ for years now...) I noticed some weird translations in english. Maybe, add notifications for internal messaging only, too...

★★★★★ Convenient, mostly user-friendly app. A few minor issues (fir example invoices with a patient's name but different addressee name), but adequate on the whole.

★★★★★ Update: many thanks for fixing the issue so fast. Background: With 2 factor enabled, the app doesn't allow me to login. After submitting password, instead of allowing to enter the sms code, it redirects to login page always

★★☆☆☆ Could be more useful. 1: No payment confirmation and summary of payment available in this app, even Helena doesn't provide the payment confirmation (whereas Visana and other insurance companies provide it each six months). 2: when someone sends/uploads a receipt or invoice, it takes months to be processed by Helena. And once they are processed, there is a chance of invoice being vanished for Helena employees. So you have to call and call in order to get your money back 🙄. 3: complex login

★★☆☆☆ I will never recommend this App, waste of time and resource. It's impossible to register so why do we have the app.

★★☆☆☆ A good app but annoying with the login. Every time need mTAN to login, whereas just registering the app with one mTAN would have been an easy solution. Going to the pharmacy and showing the insurance card through app needs each time mTAN. Sometimes the mTAN comes hours after applying for login and makes the user experience worst. After login in page keeps loading and never the content are displayed. App designed by Assure is even far better, which asks only fingerprint or pin during login.

★★☆☆☆ Could be fantastic but very often shows technical errors and does not capture uploaded documents submitted for processing. In the end I have to write emails and use another way, so it unfortunately makes the app almost obsolete
