★★★★★ Well it looks neat and clean, but it does not clearly state what each charge is. for example how can the same expense be the same then after 3 months triple then return to same price. And they say visit but not.to or for what

★★☆☆☆ Update as of 09/2024: The login page of the app doesn't work correctly. The space they give you to login and put in your password is so small, you cannot see what you're typing And the password box stays blank even as you're typing in your password. So you can't see what you've typed. A design flaw that causes nothing but frustration for a member since I can't sign in to tell Member Service about the issue with login. Nothing special. It really doesn't have the information you need on the app.

★★☆☆☆ I have a Humana member since 2014 this app used to work just fine - the last 2 years it will not let me log in - it says invalid username or password - I have called and have had to change me password 4 times in 6 months - I continue to get locked out of my account for those reasons - I have been trying to access my account for 3 hours now I have to wait for a call back - I'm too old for all this and do not have time - I have uninstalled and reinstalled still not working - I just need help!
