The only issue that I have is there is no option to make a payment on the website. That would be a valuable feature where patients can make a payment through the patient portal.

Awful, this app used to work great, (after having to switch from Manage my health) lately when I log in, I can't even book and appointment or view my test results. Have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that has done nothing. Went to the "help" section and even that won't load 😬

Since the update, the app is extremely slow and borderline unusable. Every click takes several minutes to load, if it loads at all.

Won't let me log in, even with the temp password sent from admin. Terrible UX. Would've been quicker to bike to my GP to get my labs

I don't know what's recently happened.but I have to log in 5+ times to try to get in, even switching from biometrics to the old email and password option. When I finally get in I have to wait sometimes 10 mins for any page to load. This app is how I update our Dr - which I've given up on using!
