Still giving this app 1-star 'cause I can still receive emails from them despite unsubscribing months ago. IDK if this app has changed since 2019, but the exp was bad the first time I used it then: no available kaya in QC to buy something that I need that day. A rep also called me and tried to assist me. That was nice gesture but over an hour later, rep said there's really no kaya available in my area. 🙃 Rep apologized and offered me a rebate, but I definitely won't use it again.

Pabili service is disappointing. Some of their drivers require you to transfer money in gcash or pick the money from your location. Their app says they can handle up to 1000php. They should inform the users about this.

App & Sevice are terrible.the kayas seem to intentionally prolong their service to extend the time, so you will be charged more.you can not cancel a job once it has started.quite unfair. The kaya can also tag a job done even without completion of the job, and you will be charged the fee.and you can not do anything about it but process a refund which will take days... I requested a refund, and it has been a week. I still haven't received any update after numerous follow-ups. Think twice. Bad Kaya.
