I had a really bad delivery experience using this app yesterday. The driver completed the job but did not actually deliver the item. What made matters worse was that there was no available venue for immediate assistance, and worst I have not received a response from their Support/Customer Service even until now, nearly 24 hours after.

Still giving this app 1-star 'cause I can still receive emails from them despite unsubscribing months ago. IDK if this app has changed since 2019, but the exp was bad the first time I used it then: no available kaya in QC to buy something that I need that day. A rep also called me and tried to assist me. That was nice gesture but over an hour later, rep said there's really no kaya available in my area. 🙃 Rep apologized and offered me a rebate, but I definitely won't use it again.

Pabili service is disappointing. Some of their drivers require you to transfer money in gcash or pick the money from your location. Their app says they can handle up to 1000php. They should inform the users about this.
