User experience issue, first always screen on advertising and funny thing is blocking main function whereby close bottom at bottom of phone screen together with phone home bottom, barely able to close the advertising screen. Hate the most on this. Second, account statement display always top for half year ago statement and payment, latest always need scroll long to bottom only can see. Most of the time pretty confusing and need see clearly one the statement date.

Make pop up ads close button able to use at all phone model size lah, always cannot close the ads button ! Not able to go in n paid water bill!!! So frustrating lo! Make all Ads' auto close in 5sec after starting up !!!!

Ok.now it has become a very stupid app. When opening this apps' notification/lap update pop up, and it offset on top of notification bar. How do I want to close the pop-up notification? Stupid!! (26 March 2025) Though after the new update on 30 April 2025 stupid pop will settle.NEVER SETTLE!! DEVELOPER what are you doing??
