My local racetrack uses this app. It is way better than what the site used to use. They switched over to this system and my lap times "improved", or more, so the timing became more accurate. I don't know if the app saves races et al., trying to access an old race and I cannot find that info!? Other than that draw back, great app!

Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone, can't renew transponder on the app, app us up to date, keeps telling me to check internet connection when I have excellent connection even with Wi-Fi on it won't work. I choose the country and click continue to get the message "check internet connection" this is the 2nd year in a row I have problems with renewing my subscription. Transponder is in the cradle and charged, so I don't understand what the problem is.

Half the app no longer works. Driver search is next to useless. No date and time search for track events. Unable to transfer historic races to your account.

So I bought a second hand X2 transponder for my 11 Yr old son in February 2024. I spoke with my laps via email somebody called Marco and live chat also. I explained I needed to activate and buy a subscription, they sorted it. We went to the track and the X2 doesn't show on anyone's system, I emailed and asked why, they said because the transponder is old! Huh. So they happily took my money knowing the transponder is old then told me there's nothing they can do about it. Absolutely disgusting!

Super buggy and doesn't refresh properly which is a massive pain. Lots of times I can't see live events either. Great app when it works, but otherwise a real pain
