I have loved libraries all my 80 years. The AG library is so welcoming and friendly and everyone is so helpful! It's also fun to look for books online.

Search results only have digital copies. I'm trying to find specific cookbooks but each time I do a search for the diet I follow it only brings up digital copies. There is an option to display "all" "digital" and "digital audio" but nothing for just hard copy books! I know I have checked out hard copy books on this topic before, so this is really frustrating. I guess I just have to use your website instead.

Glitchy app. Sometimes it shows the books I have checked out. Other times My Checkouts says there are no results despite there being a number over the icon on the home page. I have also found the search feature unreliable. I have attempted to look up books that I know my library has, and they don't show up.

The new update won't let me schedule a pickup anymore, which is the entire reason I use this app.
