Expansive app that helps you manage your account to the max. For an online student, this is crucial! This is an amazingly user-friendly app. It's clear that Liberty has made a significant investment in Its student community, and for that I am grateful.

It's been awesome. I get to have tours while sitting at home. Also, the school has been super supportive especially for someone like me who isn't able to gain physically. It's been great so far. More grace and strength to all who made this a reality in Jesus name.

The My LU app is great! It's much like the website. I can access and use everything on My LU website and in Canvas, plus has features to audibly read course workbook materials to you out loud and a few other features not available on the website. No tech reliability or software issues either. Great app!

My experience is that it won't let me get into the app. I have downloaded twice, and it still won't let me in. "Unexpected error." Tells me to sign in. I click sign in, and it just repeats the "unexpected error" Maybe my phone is too cheap. Maybe it's not even my problem.

★☆☆☆☆ Nadene Edwards · Aug 22, 2023

It just kept saying unexpected error right when I was trying to sign in

It needs to change it's unfair financial aid policy for it's sick students. When trying to withdraw yesterday its financial aid and advising staff was very rude and disrespectful. The first one I. spoke to was trying to hold me hostage to the current classes. Instead of transferring me student advising called me on another line. Gave me a rough time to withdraw. I. did this to other sick students. I started with 4 courses, but now I'm not with a balance I cannot afford to pay back.
