The notification service is very bad, many a times there is no notifications for new messages. This happened a lot of time, because of which major things were missed. Message loading also takes a long time. Please update by fixing these issues which plays an important part in parents-teachers communication. This is app is recommended by my kid's school so please update and enhance the usablity.
