Hi dear customers, I had a very bad experience with this insurance company. There claim settlement process is through Third Party (TPA) and it is very hopeless. They rejected my cashless claim and also my reimbursement claim. Last year I purchased this claim by paying a higher premium through a broker his name is Acumen Capital Market. I did not get any support for my claim settlement from both of the service provider. I strongly suggest not to purchase the policy from this insurance co.

One of the worst Insurance app. I have filed a claim for which they requested additional documents. But when i log in to the app and try to submit additional document for the submitted claim, it is not showing any upload option for deficiency document. Instead, it only shows pre post document submission. What a genius app designer, tester. How great they did the job, very worst. I guess they deliberately made the claim process so difficult so customer out of frustration forget the claim and profit
