Oh my word. I had a fantastic time. The iftar was to die for. Cathy was of great help she made certain we were well cartered for. She recommended the breakfast 😋 we will definitely come back to have a taste of the delish breekie for sure. Thank you, Cathy and the ladies and gentlemen at the iftar. Much ❤️

App is a glitch fest. Locked me out after 5 attempts to book a member rate room. Contacted the hotel and they were no help. They couldn't honor the member rate as it's online only. I asked them to reset my account lock out, and they would not help, instructed me to contact them by email. I'm done that 2 days ago. No response from them yet! It appears their customer service is just as bad as their app! Fortunately, there are many others hotel companies that would love my business.

Terrible customer service and app, we were not credited with points from our stay at M Social Phuket because the booking was in my partners name. They would not credit his account, and I had to send multiple emails, first told site was under maintenance then told points would be applied only to be told later that no points would be applied. Misleading rewards system and terrible customer service. I would not recommend
