There’s nothing to wear or connect to your smartphone - just the myNight app. With our patented, sonar technology combined with a short sleep questionnaire, myNight passively tracks your sleep. Simply position your phone on your bedside table, open the app, start your sleep session and then doze off to sleep. The app does the rest!

Set up the sleep test and next morning it hadn't worked. Absolutely useless app

After the 1st 3 nights, the result was 'not enough data'. I also know I snore & yet it had 'snore files not found'. After receiving an email from Eden Sleep recommending I try this app I am now deleting it. Waste of time.
