Terrible! App keeps crashing!!! My mom needs her my notify for fall detection. The first time I was able to download the app but couldn't get notifications. I Uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and now it keeps crashing. How am I supposed to be there for her if the app doesn't work. I also emailed my notify but not response. Would not recommend!!

I'm getting tired of getting the run around ever since I order an emergency fall detection wristband from this company first off they took my money out of bank account way before they even thought about sending my wristband than when I finally received it than it doesn't even work and the CEO called me after I inquire about it not working and was told it's because of phone processor is too slow which it has been two years since I got a new phone, and it was lagging and rebooting by itself all the time, so I went and got a new phone and now the device still don't work. I sure hope no one else is dealing with this company I know that I sure wouldn't been if it wasn't for my neurologists that I needed a fall detection alert, and it sounds like they shouldn't even be in busy for these devices as they really don't know what a disabled person go through in a day. I just can't believe that I missed this episode of shark tank as this company appears it is one of those start up so called I want to be my own boss but don't know what I'm doing. O how I can go on forever with this company. If I have to proceed to the next step of shutting them down it won't be the first, and it probably won't be the last.
