I've been taking the product for a while, so I was happy to see they had an app. App is clean and helpful. Really like the check-ins and reminders. Sometimes they also give discounts in the app so good to keep checking for those.

Neutral is a great product and a wonderful company that is so understanding of the desperation you feel when you're having major hair loss. They can test hair strands to see what may be causing the loss, and they care what happens and if their product us helping you

The formula quiz set me up with the regular formula, even though I marked that I am in menopause. It seemed to default to the regular formula based on age, regardless of the needs quiz. I had to log into my account and specifically change the formula. So I started this product on the wrong formula, a very expensive mistake.

Email telling me I had rewards, but only available in the app. Downloaded and logged in to the app only to find that my "reward" was a $20 discount dependent on a referral of someone to also purchase the product. Not what I would consider a "reward" but rather a solicitation. Love the product but the lead to download the app was very deceiving to me. Not actually a reward for being a long-time customer.
