Ok. Good app. Tell me after ladt update failure when paying bill, then I get a message saying I just paid the bill wait 24 hours before suiting again.

The app makes it very convenient to pay my electric bill. The only issues I have are - 1. I wish it allowed you to save your payment info, so I didn't have to re-enter it every time I make a payment. 2. The last several months, every time I make a payment, I get an error message saying a payment has already been made in the last 24 hrs. It does accept my payment, thankfully, but I'm not sure why it does this.

It still says payment didn't work. Then you click on it again and says a payment has already been sent the last 24 hrs. Every time is does this for a very long time

I downloaded the app, so I could see my electric bill, and it won't open after it's installed

Payment issues. I've had 2 nsf come back but first time they took it from the wrong checking acct. Got charged. And again they took it supposedly from my acct but same excuse from OREMC NSF, but I know it was in there I literally have to type my account info in every time bc it won't save my info correct on Orem app. Rude customer service. They don't listen and use same excuses different occasions. Charged again. Update the App and learn to be nicer.
