The App seems to do what you would intuitively expect it to eg a) provide timetables, b) list details of tickets, & c) retain payment card info for easy & rapid payments.

Very easy to purchase tickets on-line for vaporetto in Venice. Only problem was one of the collection points at Railway Station was out of service and there was a long queue at the other so not sure if it was quicker in the long run. Probably would be if both working.

This app took my money then did not issue tickets on time. I could then not use the tickets and have has changes getting a refund. Furthermore, to elaborate when I went to pay for the tickets the screen simply went blank not stating of the payment went through nor giving me a transaction mumber or any confirmation. The app just stopped. I do not havr patience for bad programming and a bad user experience.

Used it in Venice. Waste of time. The qr code did not work and THERE IS NOT AN ELECTRONIC TICKET MACHINE AT EVERY STOP. This means you CANNOT print a replacement ticket just anywhere. Dear developers, don't make promises you can't keep.

This app is absolutely ridiculous and useless. I thought I was sparing myself a queue at the station; but the machine could not read my QR code, nor anyone else's. The personnel there was extremely unfriendly and did not speak English (!), so I ended up having to queue at the machine and print out my pass, which worked only at third attempt btw (while the queue continued to grow behind me.) It was a big waste of time.
