★★★★★ Excellent customer service. Quiet place to read, select, or checkout books, etc. Very neat, especially during COVID, while all must be sanitized.

★★★★★ Very helpful app for me. Has all the info I need when away from my pc. I agree with other reviewers that it's slow, and it's a pain waiting for the graphics to load. Especially when scrolling through a list, waiting every time for the pictures to load is frustrating. Maybe there could be an option in the settings to turn them off. That would make it a 5-star app to me.

★★☆☆☆ Incredibly SLOW This app is essentially a copy of the mobile website except it is incredibly slow. Skip this and login directly to the website, still very slow but not as bad.

★★☆☆☆ This app is terrible compared to the previous version. The search feature needs filters!! You can't even filter on nonfiction versus fiction books when you do a search, so basic! Please bring back the old app with all the fabulous filters that we're available!! The genre filter and library picks were so helpful!
