Had a great time. Beautiful hotel and casino. Huge casino. Wasn't impressed with the high roller room and there only being 1. But they def have tons of great slot machines to choose from outside the high roller room. Tons of restaurants. Love how you can order drinks from the machines. Remember to leave your key in the box by your room door or your electric will shut off. Pretty smart move on their part. Great spa also. Well worth the visit

I spent in Penchant over 100k and stopped going there like 3 months cuz I needed to save some money to play again, and They stopped offering things like free play, hotel room(I don't really use like free stay) etc. When I called the casino about that, they treated me like I had never played them before and not qualified for rewards. I was like, "bruh now, back for casino game, but you treated your guests like trash. I'm giving my business to Yamaha". No wonder they are going 💩.the worst Casino.

Since 2019 when this app was launched I've been like Charlie Brown and the app has been like Lucy. I swear Lucy (MyPechanga app) is not going to pull the football this time and the app will work to book one of my offers, but I get fooled every time. How can a casino that claims to be the "Best in California" and with the revenue it has not be able to make a working app? Suggestion Pechanga, hire someone from Life. Their app works flawlessly every time.

This is 2022, and it still is the worst app ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!will not let me log in, it crashes as soon as I start to type a number, my card number, it was working last year. I even went to the casino and went to the rewards and the girl spent 1 hr. trying to fix and didn't. Now I just called again, and they said, just uninstall it, I have 10 times and still does the same thing, so frustrating since I cannot go and book on my phone or cancell or check all the comps etcc. Please fix it.
