Better improve this app.I top up for my son but cannot add his helocore card. What a waste. Then I found out it's not the correct app for the helocore card. Bought the card for my son to use in case he needs to call me from school. The help button in this app doesn't help at all. Not complete app. Lot of things need to be improved.

Big disappointment. The top-up function doesn't work at all. It automatically adds another 1 ringgit to the amount that I chose (Though the report generated went back as the original amount). It says Boost's tap and pay can't be used though I clearly have it downloaded to the latest version on my phone. Furthermore, the 6 digits pin isn't functioning as it does not sms you the pin to your number. The top-up reports generated were also labeled as 'pending' though payments weren't even settled.
