Easy to use, plenty of detail to schedule appointments and monitor your health. The test results feature and ability to contact your care team is excellent. An added bonus, is they protect your identity. You won't get hundreds of medical ads after using it

This app works well, easy to access all my health information from all entities. Able to schedule appointments, message physicians, nurse practitioners and billing. Also, able to pay any deductible or copay easily. I love the Penn Medicine website. I love Penn Medicine services, staff and ancillary facilities. Highly recommended.

In terms of appts., messaging, tests and medical records it's OK. NOT OK 4 billing/correcting wrong info patient. No staff seems "APPROVED" to make changes to INCORRECT info or who can do it, even when the error is acknowledged. IE: notice to schedule 2 Xrays that I have been done/paid 4. App says need to shed. And billing shows outstanding copay I confirmed several times with office they should have billed 2ndary insurance. Seems once info put in if wrong can't be changed.

My dear pen medicine Presbyterian hospital I have never been hospitalized in any other hospital and have always returned here because your nurses are wonderful and doctors are great, and your food was phenomenal please I beg of your patch things up with the old chef if it is possible he did his job and he did it well I have never in my entire life been able to eat food prepared by somebody as I could that man. I'm not healing correctly because I am not eatting, the food now is horrible.

Ny doctors frequently disappear from my care team, so I can't send them any messages. My medications do the same thing. I have called Intuit many times to count, but nothing has been fixed, and it's been over 6 years
