Great app! Secure through fingerprint/ pin. Easy to use. Tracks my meds with clear to understand layout. Ordering meds on file is easy! Messages to pharmacy is a great feature. I even tried ordering a new script by taking a photo in the app then bringing the original to pharmacy. Pharmacy sent me a message through the app saying ready for pickup! Complete success! I have been talking to my friendly pharmacy staff through the process, and they say it is great for them too. Win-win... love it!!!!!!

I use this app all the time to order my medications, easy to navigate whether you are just searching your scripts for what dosage you take, but you need to set this up with your Pharmacist/Chemist, so the app works with thst Pharmacy but over all a good app.

I switched over to this app from Med Advisor, because that is what my pharmacy is using now. I was told all me details would transfer over, but my scripts have not. Was easy to fix when I visited the chemist again. The color scheme of this app makes it difficult to read the text though. White against a bright yellow background. Can this be changed?

App was working fine, then it wouldn't let me order medication, and now it won't even start up. I've been told it's my phone and not the app, but my software is up-to-date. Very frustrated.

It is not at all simple to enter your code. This is my 3rd code from pharmacy. I had a series of scripts due and had to end up phoning the pharmacy. Med advisor was easier than this, and IT had its problems. Please some advice on where to enter the code to start using. I tried your chat person.....he couldn't explain, and suggested I phone my trusted pharmacy, which I did, only to get another code, and still be nowhere closer to using the app/

Where do you actually put this code? I've been to their site, and it is purely information. Once you download the app that is it. You can't put in your code anywhere because the site just doesn't work. Help!
