★★★★★ Had issues with the phonak app not recognizing my son's hearing aid, regardless of all the troubleshooting steps taken. This app recognized at least the left one. The interface is quite simple and has all the necessary functions without overly complicating this. I would like to see an option for adjusting the ringing feedback present in the hearing aids sometimes. Overall, it's been a pleasure to use so far.
★★☆☆☆ As a parent with a kid wearing phonak hearing aids, I would think one of the primary reasons would be to track the lost hearing aid as young kid can't tell you that it is gone. So please make the app includes the track my hearing aid function.
★★☆☆☆ Good app but however I did notice the random notification pop up once the app opened but I delete the notification and I have to block all the app notifications it would be better it that notification stop showing up as blank
★★☆☆☆ As the adult app keeps disconnecting I thought I would try this junior, and it keeps connection brilliantly so you people give it a go .well that didn't last long sorry to say both these apps are not fit for purpose adult and junior will not stay connected don't bother just do not rely on them, they need update g ime going t take them off
