Your employees told me I could cancel my subscription at any time from the app or website. This does not seem to be the case. I only have options to change tiers. The employee told me today at the location that he couldn't cancel it for me. Fix your app and stop giving your employees false information to hand out. You have good car washes, but this is ridiculous and has cost me.

It won't work for me because when I enter my card # it says wrong #.... it's not wrong. I called customer service & they said it was the right # so tryed again... same thing. I emailed qq & told them, but they didn't bother to reply. It's not even worth one star if I'm a long time customer & still can't use it nor get customer service to fix the problem.....

App is like the car wash...something always missing. Take your pick air hose, tire shine, towels, car not cleaned well. The one thing you can expect is your credit card to be charged on time and the price to go up for the wash
