I've downloaded app and deleted several times. Unable to login in I'm a new user on the mobile app. Not user-friendly. Keeps saying password incorrect contact student support. I've contacted to no avail

There are a lot of improvements that need to be made in the app, the UI is not of good quality when it is loading to enter the home page. Many options in the app take the user out of the app to be accessible i.e, web browser. It will be good UX if we could just access everything within the app. Furthermore, having access to student portals' financial statement i.e., statement of course charges and balances, would be great so that the student can know how much they owe and how they've incurred it
