2 complaints in one month over dead internet connection, and many unreported dead internet connection complaints. Pick other ISP. This one sucks

Tried to log in multiple times with email, account I'd, and phone number. None works. Tried it every day for a week, and still failed. Can't contact cs either. Really bad customer experience
