***Issue resolved through proactive, helpful customer support.*** Please, please, please redesign your mobile app! Go back to full screen pages, navigated by normal menus and back buttons. The kind-of stacked panel design works GREAT for desktop and maybe even a tablet, but it is very nearly impossible to use on a mobile phone. The desktop redesign is awesome. The mobile redesign is a big mistake.

I had an issue with a previous version of the app and it not updating. I had originally left a poor review, but the company reached out to me directly. The gentlemen explained the app update situation and got me back up and running with the new app. Rock solid customer service, after updating and signing back in it's been great. Things look good, it's not oversized or impossible to use. Thanks for getting me up and running again!

App really needs work. If I type a message for too long it completely slows down. Every time I use my phones 'Back' button it wants me to exit the app instead of just going back a screen. Really clumsy experience.

Works, but... two continuing and very basic issues. 1. Developers can't seem to get AutoCAD to work, for example, when starting a new sentence. 2. App does not respect Android do not disturb settings. These seem like the most basic of things in a texting app. Clearly not developing for the Android owner.

App needs serious work. If your text is longer then a few words it slows down to a crawl making typing and editing a very arduous task. Notifications are hit or miss when texts or calls are received. Texting has been common for over a decade I'm surprised at the poor quality of an app that's core function is texting.

This app is a requirement from my broker dealer this is totally unreliable currently can't even open it because it needs an update when I update it it still won't open
