Very pathetic customer service,booked a ride from woodlands near old State House to kabwata near cheers super market and was told to pay k157?that driver is crazy he even showed me the GPS without shame that I have covered 16 km? That was a big mistake to even tell me that🤣

I don't even know where to start. Yesterday I used Ulendo, super satisfying. Today I tried MyRide, well, let's just say I had high expectations that were just not met. The app couldn't find any drivers near me (granted maybe there were none) , but I was at a very famous bus rank.. the app missed my location a few times.. I love using local apps and services but I'll sit this one out.
