I have been using My Route for a few weeks now, and I really like it. I do service calls for rental units. I receive a list of stops from the property manager by excel spreadsheet. I import the spreadsheet into My Route and tell it to create a route. It can use time, distance or a few other criteria to create the route. I have tried quite a few different route planners and My Route is by far the easiest.

I used this app to optimize a l9ng multistep route, it did what I hoped and made it easy to do a 13 stop route in Brooklyn and Staten Island run as quickly as possible and show my employer that when our yard is Denver Pa and it's not an overnight run its impossible to do that route without personal conveyance at the end. Now they are optimizing all routes and I told them this app is much better than the program they are currently using which does not have the parameter to optimize

App is complete garage. Inputted 17 precise lat and long locations needed for work. App routed me to a close address every time. Definitely doesn't optimize a route in order. It skipped multiple locations that I had go back too. You can't re optimize a route half through. It will re-route all locations including the ones you have already been too. I tried several times because it didn't route the locations in order. Wasted multiple hours last night due to this app!!

It's fine when it works, but it crashed a lot on me. And probably about a fourth of the times when it popped Google Maps open, it didn't have the correct address - It had an address range, rather than the actual, exact address. Not helpful, especially if I'm supposed to use this while DRIVING a delivery route.

Stupid app. You can use Google Maps to optimize up to 9 stops at a time for free.... this only allows 6. The whole point of any app other than your phones built in map app is to map out more than 9 stops. You shouldn't have to pay to manually type in stops and have the route optimized. If I HAD ACCESS ANYWHERE to a paper map, it'd be more efficient to pin all my desired stops and find the most convenient places to stop. Don't waste your time with this.
