★★★★★ The idea is really good and appreciable, but the app is unable to fetch the location. Try to make a change and allow users to select locations of their choice from google maps rather than picking up their default locations. If this app works fine in future I think so many local and national startups including mine would like to use it as their preferred shipping application.

★★☆☆☆ Highly unprofessional and hopeless service. Runner does not get assigned anymore and the people in charge don't even have the decency to send an update that delivery is not possible. They don't even pick up the phone. This was such a good idea, but they have ruined it now. I hope someone takes this idea and does a proper job with it.
