So I just tried to email the support address for this app. And it bounced back saying that the address does not work! Sad to know the app apparently no longer works properly on newer devices. It used to work great on my Samsung S8 but now that I've upgraded to the S10 I was bummed out to discover that it does not send messages to my phone. Or the phone cannot accept messages from it. I can still open the app to see what's going on, but I miss getting notifications.

Was working until they did a machine upgrade 11/2020. Now design positioning no longer works with my Epic.

It worked on another phone and before the so-called improvements. Seems it cannot find Wi-Fi, but that's not the problem. Sent a design from my computer and my Sapphire received it without problems.
